Types of services provided.

WE PROVIDE A COMPLETE RANGE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES FOR AGENCIES, PHYSICIANS, ATTORNEYS, INFERTILITY CLINICS AND INDEPENDENT ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE ARRANGEMENTS.

Within the boundaries of experienced ethical practice in psychology and the standards of care of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, the package of psychological services provided may include;

1. Clinical Interviews - Of the donor (ovum/sperm), surrogate and/or intended parents
2. Psychological Testing - Examples: MMPI-2, MCMI-III, BDI, 16 PF, Wechsler or GAMA
   IQ testing, MMSE and the MPDCS as well as others
3. A complete psychological assessment and testing report.
4. A psychological assessment and clearance summary letter.
5. Consultation with agencies, attorneys and physicians.
6. Pre and post transfer and delivery counseling.
7. Ongoing duration of pregnancy support sessions for the surrogate and intended parents.
8. All associated paperwork (as it would relate to the psychological assessment and treatment provided) such as; informed consents, privacy notices and releases, This does NOT cover legal and medical documents for which you will need to consult your attorney and physician.
9. All attendant phone calls and faxes
10. Other customized services by arrangement such as travel and special need testing and evaluation
11. The sensitive, compassionate care of a Clinical Psychologist who is not only very experienced in providing these services but who has also been through this process
    herself.
